Refund policy
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.
Because our products are consumable, we can only accept items that are unopened, unused, and still sealed in their original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email contact@thcahub.org with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders: inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if anything is wrong - we'll make it right.
Once we've received and inspected your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, email contact@thcahub.org.
